The founder

Wesley and Leah’s entrepreneurship journey began at a time when most people are still trying to figure life out—while they were both college students pursuing completely different paths. Leah was on track to become a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), while Wesley had a background in Mechanical Engineering. With no formal business education and already juggling demanding schedules, they made an unconventional decision: to build a web-based business on the side. What started as a simple idea soon evolved into a path that challenged everything they thought they knew about work, stability, and success.

Balancing school, work, and entrepreneurship pushed them beyond their limits, but it also sparked a deeper question—what kind of life were they truly working toward? In search of answers, they became intentional about surrounding themselves with people who were already living the kind of holistic, fulfilling lives they aspired to. This shift in perspective changed everything. Their understanding of success expanded, and the influence of these relationships became the driving force behind a complete transformation—not just in their business, but in how they approached life itself. Along the way, they quietly developed the skills that set them apart: communication, leadership, and the ability to create meaningful growth.

Then, in 2022, something changed. They made the leap into full-time entrepreneurship—a decision that many contemplate but few commit to. What they gained wasn’t just financial opportunity, but something far more valuable: time. Time to design their days, to travel, and to be fully present with their family. It was a level of freedom they had once only imagined.

But their story doesn’t end there. If anything, that was just the beginning. Today, Wesley and Leah are driven by a deeper purpose—one that goes beyond personal success. They are passionate about helping others, especially young individuals, discover that there are alternative paths to building a meaningful and sustainable life beyond the traditional 9–5 structure. For them, the focus has evolved from simply achieving success to creating lasting impact—measured by the number of lives positively influenced through their journey and example.
